NDK for OS 3.9

I need NDK for AmigaOS 3.9.
I tried to Amiga web site, but this link: http://www.amiga.com/3.9/download/NDK3.9.lha is lost

Not only that, but H&P's download area seems to have vanished too :-(

A concerning situation. Fortunately I have the most important files, including the 3.9 NDK.

I will upload it to my site and to the Zone.
