GhostBuster Program failed

Hi al.

Today I turned the A4000 on again to make a disk to load in the A500.
The diskdrive is a converted pc drive that always worked fine.

When I tried to format a random disk it gave this error:

GhostBuster
program failed (error #80000004)

Wait for disk activity to finish.
See attachment.
Then I have to reboot.

I tried about 20 disks. Mostly all gave errors. Even ones that worked just fine a few months ago.
whenever a disk error comes up, this Ghostbuster error will pop up and i need to reboot.
It also randomly freezes while formatting.
I also tried a few other drives. Ones that worked fine. Same issue.

I never had this before.. Did I get some virus of an old disk or so?

Does anyone know?
Thanks!

Ghostbuster is in your wbstartup and removes ghosted drives. Not sure why it is failing now and not before
