Amiga file extension .PGS
Can anybody help me to find out what programs (word processor of some sort) created files by default with the file extension of .PGS
I thought it was PageSetter but it doesn't recognise the file format. I need to retrieve some documents with the original layout that I wrote on my Amiga in 1997. Ta |

The File Extension website also lists PageStream, strange that it doesn't seem to recognise the file
Maybe you need a certain version of PageStream and it's not backwards compatible? I have these versions if you need to try them: ... PageStream v2.01 ... PageStream v2.2 ... PageStream 2 v2.1 ... PageStream 3 v1.0a ... PageStream v3.0h Update |

DamienD,
Yes I looked on there and tried all my different versions but couldn't get any of them to recognise the file. I've tried most word processors and pagestream/pagesetter type programs. Even looked at the file with a standard text editor to see if I could get a clue from the contents I'll keep trying |
