Can I let the Dolphin friendly containment field down now?
Did EAB get any Dolphins joining up? All the best to the new owner and remember - keep all your members. Don't let them drift (into the net) and go looking for other boards. |

As soon as the new guy takes over, what say we contest ownership of Amiga.org with nominet (or whoever run .ORG) and see if we cannot get it for free?

nominet dont run .org. but anyway.
one tip to keep forum members is to avoid slagging them off all the time, whilst telling everyone how great you are |

I think you'd be lucky if you were able to 'rent' that package for a week for $10k. |

I guess you could call it residue of bad blood from the past. Many people aren't willing to let go, apparently. Wayne himself falling into that category.
I don't even want to go into any details, but with a little googling you can probably get the general picture. |

I stand by my comment about the Troll Kingdom, anyway. Let's just say the site was well-known to the local 'Internet Fire Service', if you follow me ....

This smells of the DP/AA rivalry back in 04/05. Ahh those were the days. Brother against brother, sister against sister, and all over the fact that AtariAge was super-censorship-tastic back then.
Now, I spend more time on AA than Digital Press but the rivalries fell deep there. I'm guessing this is a similar situation between EAB and A.org? |
