Question Rules of Engagement II: Creating Fleet Commanders [solved]

How can I do this here?

I'm always trying to MAKE a game, but before the game tells me I must make a Fleet Commander first.
Unfortunately, I don't know how. The only menu item accessible is 'ASSUME COMMAND'.

Any ideas anyone? :hoo

If you want to try this: Use Disk 1 in DF0: and Disk 4 in DF1: to play the game. Game will terminate abruptly if it can't find RULES2.CFG.

[edit]
Sussed it out meanwhile. Christ, this game is COMPLEX!
You have to boot from Disk 2 and run the Builder, then select 'Recruiting' and build a new Fleet Commander. For that to work properly, you have to write-enable Disk 4.

Very nice game! Sophisticated as hell, though. Hopefully someone has this original and can either sell it or scan in the manual, for it's absolutely impossible to play such complex games without manual because there's just options EVERYWHERE...:eek
