For sale - PSX adapter cables
Hi All,
I have some PSX adapter cables for sale as well as the other psx items in my other thread. The code is Paul Willinghams latest code Heres some pics. ![]() ![]() I have 10 of these for sale. Price is $21.00 Canadian and $8.50 shipping. The 9 pin connector will be either black or grey. Due to the wings on the 9 pin connector it may not be able to plug directly into certain console/computer and will require an extension cable. they will be ready for shipping on/after Friday (22 Jul) ![]() ![]() Here is the link to the capabilities. http://www.kipper2k.com/PSX-Adapter.pdf here is link to my other psx items... http://amibay.com/showthread.php?t=17797 |

I'm not exactly sure why he stopped making them, He is still mucking about with his code and improving/adding to it so he is not out of the scene completely. I know he was actually etching and cutting his own boards etc and it is time consuming. But he definately made controllers a lot more fun for a lot of machines ![]() P.S. down to 5 boards available |

I'd have had one if they had fit an A600 without extension cables.
We really need a supply of old Joystick moulded plastic connectors. People need to donate their dead joysticks & pads ![]() ![]() |

Yah, i've looked far and wide to find them, only people that seem to have them are the chinese that use the hot mould type for extension cables. I have looked at hot glue etc, but it just looks ugly

Too many old joysticks and pads are dead because of broken wires in the bases of those plugs. I've temporarily fixed a bunch of them by squashing the cord back around and holding it in place so the signals get through. I guess a lot of people used to pull these things out just by yanking on the cord for them all to end up like this, not that I did but I've inherited a lot of second hand controllers over the years.
One of these would sort out the problem of the clamshell plug getting in the way on an A600: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/320656474631 |

Just curious, will these work on a CD32 without only being the stupid 2 button mode?
