I'm gonna resurrect this thread because I want to know if there's any newer more 3.1+ friendly program for screenshots?

I've used sgrab with a Picasso96 800x600, 256 colors screen mode if that's any help.

SGrab is wonderfully configurable and can capture both screen and windows, number sequences and save in a variety of formats.
