fs-uae sources building
Hi all,
I'm playing with TinyCoreLinux, and its repositories don't show any "uae" package. So I'm trying to build FS-UAE from sources. The compilation seems to flow with no issues, but it ends placing the program in the building folder and not in the "out" folder, as described in http://fs-uae.net/compiling. Anyway running .fs-uae returns : ./fs-uae FS-UAE VERSION 2.2.3 Copyright 1995-2002 Bernd Schmidt, 1999-2012 Toni Wilen, 2003-2007 Richard Drummond, 2006-2011 Mustafa 'GnoStiC' Tufan, 2011-2013 Frode Solheim, and contributors. Hi, the output looks normal, but I think you omitted to mention what happens (i.e. what is the problem)... -does the program crash? something else?
Also, attaching FS-UAE/Logs/FS-UAE.log.txt is a very good idea |

Hi Frode,
The program seems to not start at all... I ear something from the speakers, like the sound of a pendulum clock ... strange. Anyway this is my FS-UAE.log.txt: FS-UAE VERSION 2.2.3 Copyright 1995-2002 Bernd Schmidt..etc Code:
current directory is /home/tc/Downloads/fs-uae-2.2.3 libamiga (based on emulation core from WinUAE 2.5.1) initialized ... opengl max texture size (estimate): 0x0 automatic input grab: 1 initial input grab: 1 init_opengl fs_emu_video_init_opengl setup_opengl ... checking OpenGL capabilities ... @boom it looks like you have a problem with the OpenGL driver, and that that is the reason why the window does not appear. (Another user had a similar problem where the problem was indeed that the OpenGL driver wasn't installed correctly).
I recommend you check if other OpenGL applications work on your Linux installation! |
