AmigaDOS web shell
I started work on an AmigaDOS look-a-like shell on a web page. Although, I am not sure that I will find the time to flesh out the look now that the basic terminal functionality is working.
Anyone got any pointers for a suitable font, icons, or how to make it look more realistic with as little work as possible on my part? Last edited by copse; 20 December 2009 at 08:58. Reason: Added the link! |

http://aminet.net/package/comm/misc/SerServer103 has a remote console that can probably be used by telnet clients. Otherwise you could probably use the source for the shell used by AROS.
The easiest way to make it realistic would be to give it the default KS 1.3 colors of reddish orange borders on the window. The Topaz 80 (8-point) font may actually be around somewhere on the Aminet if you have a way to convert it to the format you need. |
