Rage..a top down action game, a crazy robot...needs a 3 letter paascode to open door, so he can descend into mayhem. I keep telling little robot its a mean world beyond door, but he insists

OK, I've had a 1 minute look at this game's code (I haven't loaded it yet), but I suspect it's not actually copy protection but you obtain the passcode from doing/finding something on the level...

In the file RAGE at $45810 are the passwords, from level 2 onwards:

2. WEB
3. AXE
4. ION
5. PIT
6. NEU
7. TEX
8. SAW
9. RAT
10. TRI
11. RED
12. JIX
13. WAQ
14. ENO
15. RIN
16. QHX
17. YET

It seems levels 18+ don't have passwords... Anyway there is a built in cheat mode too (haven't seen how to activate) and as I say, I haven't unpacked or played the game to see it but that's my initial 1 min look...

PS: These will be going into the next sweet cheater release too!

That was a good laugh!

Almost as lame as the programmers from FLOOD who left ALL the passwords in the code at the begínning of the disk (of course NOT encoded, that is)

After a little more hacking, I can supply this info:

VIN = invincibility.
EVI = Infinite lives
YEK = Infinite keys
OMM = infinite smart bombs
OFF = To turn off all cheats

Enjoy!

PS: I did load it just before and it's not a bad little game, nicely coded! (They left all debug info in it!!!
