Been lurking for a while now but thanks to a combo of Covid-19 and my dad reaching peak bordom our Amiga500 has come out of the loft and is causing a big stir in nostalga.

Aye, there's a few of us around

We did do a curry in Bradford a few years ago: I'd be up for doing that again when things are a little more open.

You are absolutely right nikosidis

I rediscovered Amiga in 2002 thanks to WinUAE and it was ..... wonderful

I still remember that day

Another welcome from the Sacred Sod of God's Own County, Yorkshire!

Hopefully all its time in the loft hasn't rotted all your disks.

Curry night in Bradford......now that is always something to look out for.

So far the floppies have done pretty well. The only wait is on Amiga Passion getting back to me on how busy they are for a bath and a recap

TBF I doubt your A500 needs a recap unless its for a specific issue?
A1200/CD32/A600/A4000s all need to be done but none of my A500s needed it.

Are you getting an accelerator for it?

Terrible Fire are a good option to go for, I think some sellers even supply them with CF cards with WHDLoad preloaded
