The black/white cover scans from Amiga Magazyn Sep92 and Dez92
are covers from the german Amiga Magazin.

There is some automatic name replacement code in there which should standardise those entries. That one was probably done before the code was in.

The goal is to make a search for "Ghosts and Goblins" also find "Ghosts 'n' Goblins" or "Ghosts 'n Goblins" etc. The search needs a bit more work yet but that is the plan...
