Ruff 'n' Tumble Vs. Ruff n' Tumble

Nothing major, but I noticed that Ruff 'n' Tumble seems to have 2 different database entries, one is missing the '

There is some automatic name replacement code in there which should standardise those entries. That one was probably done before the code was in.

The goal is to make a search for "Ghosts and Goblins" also find "Ghosts 'n' Goblins" or "Ghosts 'n Goblins" etc. The search needs a bit more work yet but that is the plan...
