SOLD!!!! Mint A500+ with GVP HD8

ok very reluctantly im puting my A500+ and GVPHD8 up for sale, to say this thing is in mint condition would be a gross understatement!!!!!
the battery has been replaced on the mobo by me (i work in surface mount electronic assembly) and the GVPHD8 draws its power from the expansion slot
memory wise theres a 1mb Marpet MP500A chip ram in the trapdoor and 2mb fast ram in the GVP (would need to double check this as it could be more)
the casings are very white and hardly any signs of yellowing,
WB2.04 is installed on the HD and deluxe paint and monkey island
the amiga will come boxed in the original cartoon classics box with all the manuals, the workbench disks are still sealed and have never been opened as have the three games
if ive missed anything out please just ask
oh i also have quite a collection of original games which i'll list later on, an possibly some A1200 hardware

the price i'd like is £60 all in which i feel reflects the condition (UK only sorry)

I tell you watch Torch

If I had £60 right now, I would be snapping your arm off for this!

its a great setup for such a collector or even some-one whom wants to start! and normally I dont comment on price but this one is pretty damn great!

cheers m8
i originally had this setup back in the 90s but i sold it on, so it took me a while to find these parts in this condition. ive got a couple of 500+'s and 500's but none of them are as clean as this
noticed you were after wing commander original? i have this amongst my collection if you're interested ?

Don't suppose you'd sell the GVP seperately? If so i'm interested.

Just seen it's an A500+, i'll take it...sending PM

@Amigafanboi

You have a great little system there I am sure it will do you much justice for the pennies! =)

Ironically I have an almost identical setup - A500+ 2MB CHIP with 8MB Fast + ClassicWB68k and an Hard Disk full of WHDLoad!

I also have an external SCSI CDROM for it as well - although bulky its a fantastic machine - I am quite proud to own it =D

I have two old 500+ machines. One of which has some issues but the other works fine. I will need to add new batteries at some point. Always nice to see a 500+ in good condition

When I was a kid, those GVP units were like a wet dream!

How do you guys stop Amiga's going yellow? This A500+ looks like new!

It can't be just sunlight that causes it, is it? I swear I've seen Amiga's and SNES that have been in storage for years and come out looking yellow.

I make them go white gain with the retrobrite method

I've already installed ClassicWB 68k on the GVP sidecar, fantastic work BTW Bloodwych.
