A500 Power Supply Wanted...

Does anyone have an A500 Power supply they can sell me?

My usual fussy terms apply... Must be in exceptional condition (NO buzzing!) clean, guaranteed working, 10 year guarantee... ok, ok...

Must be the heavy weight brick type with the stronger power output - no lightweights...

Send me a pic and a price including delivery...

Thanks,

Peter

Now the Tower is nearly finished I feel like having a go at one of these desktop hack and slash projects..

A1200 Desktop - Casing adapted to accomodate a DVD Rom, internal 2.5 HD or CF option (IDE Express controller - arrived today - thanks Amigakit (again) - looks a nice piece of kit!) and an accelerator - might even go for a whole casing respray...

Hence a beefy PS needed...
Just getting some bits and ideas together and as always will have to pick brains as I go along...

Well - while I'm out of a job - you gotta do something...

hmmmm seems you could be on a tight budget there m8y.

Have you thought about hacking an mITX (*SFF PSU*) into a power box? its a simple job.. and you could have upto 200 watts if you need it.. easly done for under a tenner.

of course you could go ITX psu and have it internal but your looking at £50 (if you include the plug-pack)

hmmm food for thought.

My A600 uses a modified PSU i built, its MITX factor that lumps 120watts and its housed in the large amiga bricks )

Are they the same as the old A500 Brick types twizzle?
I'm really looking for the original heavy one that has the higher power output...

What does it say on the back of it?

Twizzle, I've sent you a PM, I'd be interested in one of those PSUs too.
