Newly acquired Amigas with issues

Got two, A2000 and A4000
I have asked at others site and looks like a board or capacitor issue with the 2000. Black screen on trying to boot, take all cards out still no go, no drive click or action when floppy is inserted. There is a rom switcher and megachip on board also. See attached photo

Yes, there was some battery issue on both and I am removing them though it doesn't look like any damage. Famous last words eh?

With 4000 wouldn't boot until I took out all the Videotoaster boards and peripheral boards (this was from a professional video company)


Any input would be nice.
