Yeah, but theres 3 separate 512k versions, which IPF version are you using?

Does it fail immediately before it gets into the game?

And what is the IPF number of your version, its possible its unsupported.

Yes please, it might be a different version thats not IPF'd.

When exactly does it crash? Because there shouldn't be any CLI issues.

hmm. i have an original Deluxe Pack set of disks somewhere also. I'll try and dig them out if its possible it will be of help.

If i'd known it wasnt IPF'ed, i'd have dumped a copy ages ago :/

Your version is unsupported, its not even IPF'd.

But, it doesn't work for me, and I have a feeling its been modified as well, so it wouldn't be suitable for IPF anyway.

It comes up with error "Error with basesimfile".

So if Horace could upload his version that would be great.

Also the copy protection is the same as the others I have removed.

The Deluxe version is already supported Denis, your disk is fucked!

Your SimCity program file should be 184220 bytes in length, its got nearly 40k missing.

Also you have files missing, and some moron has saved onto the main disk as well.

more likely incorrectly uploaded/downloaded on my side... i'll have a look! (i really should have checked first)

edit: yep - amiftp must have had a 'moment' and i lamely forgot to check - sorry about that - now fixed. please ignore the dum MACOSX stuff in there added by the zip program.
