Captive demo has odd graphics

I've got my hands on the Amiga Captive demo from http://amr.abime.net/issue_172_coverdisks. I inserted the image in WinUAE and started the emulator.

I manage as far as launching Captive. Unfortunately though, the graphics are badly messed up. It is as if the game was 320 pixels wide loaded into a 250 pixels screen with the remaining pixels wrapping around.

I tried to look into the settings, but I never could get anything else. Am I doing something wrong or it's the emulator that has a problem with this demo?

WinUAE 1.4.5 with KS 3.0 (A1200)

yes, this is why i whdload installed it with the generic kickstart 1.3 slave last week.
