Possible to convert .SID to .MID then .MOD (the whole music would be an unique sample so) ? If yes the original title on C64 can be used, but idk if the quality will be degraded.

The original C64 soundtrack by Joseph is one of the finest pieces of SID music out there. It is just perfect... most of it is taken from Conan the Barbarian movie sound track, but the feeling is just great. Unfortunetly the ST version doesn't come even close. I have heard great renditions of C64 SID tunes on Amiga before, so maybe someone can do it justice and include it in the game.
Lack of this music is also the reason why I only play Barbarian on C64

In fact it is taken from "Conan the destroyer", from the scene were Conan fights a guy on a horse.

And you're perfectly right, silence kills everything on the Amiga version, the C64 theme is incredible.

All in all, we need to find a musician to adapt the C64 title !

And i'm pretty sure that it wouldn't be difficult to find one.

can't someone take the c64 music, put in on cd audio as a large audio track and start it before the game on a cd? Just a thought...

Is there a Version of Barbarian that got music modded in ? (not Barbarian Plus !)
