Jun 86 to Nov. 95 for My A1000. Got a PC in Nov. 95 mainly for Work, also Got an A4000 in Feb 96 which I still use and upgrade occasionally. Still looking for a reasonably priced A3000, and Building an Re1200 from parts taken from a spare A4000 Rev B motherboard.

For me, the hardware years ended in 2001. Within a month the harddisk crashed, soon after the 500+ died on me. I managed to sell it for a tiny price for parts.

To feed the nostalgia-bug I switched to emulation and to this day I enjoy the good old Amiga using winUAE, FS-UAE and A500 Mini's Amiberry (the latter my main setup for Amiga gaming).

But my switch to the world of PC's was earlier, back in 1995. I wanted to jump on the bandwagon of Doom I/II. So all in all (buying my first Miggy in 1988), I had the pleasure using Amiga hardware for 13 years. To this day, the Amiga is still the computer I love most. Probably will never change.
