Kick Off not playing properly, is it my joystick?
Hello
I can't curl the ball in Kick Off, running on FS-UAE. Is it a problem with my sticks, they're both Speedlink Competition Pro ones? Obviously I should try a gamepad, to test this I think, but does anyone know off the top of their heads? Regards dave |

Hi. Yes it's Kick Off, and Kick Off 2. It doesn't work in WinUAE either.

If you mean After Touch, the feature is only in Kick Off 2 and must be enabled in options.

Kick off doesn't have curl.. It was introduced in Final Whistle I think.

To be exact, it needs to be enabled in Kick Off: Extra Time. It's on by default in Kick Off 2.
But yeah, it didn't exist in the original Kick Off or in Player Manager. |

@galagad - FLT - I think you were onto it. Thanks for making my teenage years happy but not really productive...I wanted to be a coder so bad it hurt. There were no Amiga computer manuals advertised in the press, and our family didn't have a phone to get one from the States, I finally found some after I got my PC. Thanks again pal, if you ever want anything I'm your man.
