Amiga 600HD not working anymore

Hi mates,
last time I put my A600HD away it was perfectly working.

Now I reconnected it, but it's not working any more .
Symptoms:
- Black screen
- Caps Lock ON
- CPU and some chips get a little warm (should be normal)
- power is arriving to the floppy drive (when I power off, holding the floppy drive in my hand, I feel the motor "tension" going away) but no clicks or head movements can be heard.

I tested it with two different PSUs and two different RGB SCART cables.
It's connected to a Philips CM 8833.
I also removed the PCMCIA adapter and internal CF-IDE adapter, with no changes.
Disconnecting the floppy drive doesn't change anything, too.
I also tested it with no SCART cable attached. Nothing.

Damn... what can it be?

EDIT

It works!
By leaving it on, after circa 15-20 seconds it starts booting (fast as always from that point on).
Floppy works (I tested X-Copy a few minutes ago) and booting from the internal CF works too.

Why this initial delay? Could it be the "usual" culprit (a failing cap/condenser)?

Update:
the delay seemed to get better/lower (just a few seconds), but after using the A600 for two hours it seems reluctant to power on again.
I mean: this time the delay looks very long. I waited some minutes but don't want to damage it. Perhaps it needs to cool down a bit.

Should I put my attention on the caps or not?

Only the one near the 555 IC for now, or all of them?

I remember someone here selling a caps kit... or was it only for A1200?

All of them, but before you clean any corrosion, take note of location.
As you may damage between top and bottom layer.

this does sound like the capacitor on the reset circuit that is preventing bootup...

Which is the best (less invasive) cleaning method? Vinegar? Lemon? Water? A mix of one of these?

What do you mean exactly with "you may damage between top and bottom layer"?
I'll surely take note of each cap location (they have different capacities), but... I don't understand how I can cause damage "between top & bottom layer" if I didn't...

Another (sad) update:
Now the delay doesn't end. I waited and waited but it doesn't boot anymore .

remove the capacitor as shown in the thread i linked to you and then retry, the capacitors will probably need to be replaced anyway... http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=73265
