Hello All,
Just a few pics of my WIP A600 mod (it's my first one, although I've brought two spare 600 mb's just in case I catch the bug lol)... Hope these work: (Fixed the original links... SORRY!!!!) p3300104.jpg - 0.19MB p3300105.jpg - 0.21MB p3300106.jpg - 0.16MB p3300107.jpg - 0.19MB Just got the installation of the storage (ide and compact flash), a few necessary ports (joy/mouse etc) and the general cosmetics to sort now. But it all seems to work so far... Thanks, look forward to any comments Jason Last edited by pertinax; 30 March 2008 at 22:23. Reason: Updated image links... |

Looking good, do you have any plans to connect the 23 pin video to the unused scart socket on the back? That would be a cool mod to do, then you only need a scart lead to connect to the TV.

@Zetr0
Probably going to stick with the black, hides a multitude of sins Would've gone for using a 1200 myself but wanted to try and avoid the external PSU... its kind of worked so far... @Fingerlickin_B The LCD only does the basic LCDaemon info at the moment, and a few lcdecho lines at relevant "showy" points of boot and other activity... need to get my head around Arexx again (its been a LOOOOONG time) and sort some software co-operation Its a case from an old DVD player btw ATB Jason |
