What hardware is this???

I have bought a accelerator card but I don't know what this is.. I only know it has 8MB RAM. Is this like, an apollo or a blizzard? I googled some of the processor numbers but I'm not very lucky I guess...

Is this a nice thing or is it not as fast as I hope? </noob>

Looks like an Apollo 1240 or Winner 1240....which it is

There's a guy here in Sweden who pimps these to 80mhz with a 68060 CPU

Thx for telling. Might be a good idea to boost it to 060. Where can I find the swedish guy? Although, most demos are running now... so I'm a happy guy already

I have sent my apollo off to Per Gunnar to get repaired as it does not reconize the ram.

This card will take up to 32mb and like Amigaz said can be pimped upto 80mhz with a 060 processor........getting this done at the same time

Be warned can be fussy over which ram you use try 60fpm simms.

Hope this helps
