Then it's just like karaoke. But instead of singing you're playing the instrument(s). I bet there's a score coming up after the performance telling how well you pushed the buttons |

A bit too upbeat for my liking and lacking depth/something...
Why is he playing it in a dark room anyway? Is it Pacman at the synth? Quote:

This is controversial but... my favourite version of the music is still the first version I heard, the
[ Show youtube player ].
I think for a load of beeps and whistles it's absolutely ace. You really get a feel for the atmosphere and the adventure from it. |

Hi, just wanted to say that I have never really liked the Shadow of the Beast music, but after clicking your link, listening to it for about 30 secs, then saw that in that video there was a link to the amiga version, and then clicked that one.. I must say it was such a relief to hear the amiga version (as the speccy version hurt my ears and made me want to pull my hair out) that I now actually LIKE the tune (amiga version ofc)

Try this out; [ Show youtube player ] That Oberheim (bottom of rack) proper old school raw synth... Back on topic though... the original miggy version is a lot nicer. gritty and groovy Last edited by Paul_s; 15 August 2009 at 21:33. |
