But that doesn't change the fact that you still have to know which buttons to press...
I dunno ... it just diminished my respect ... to half the size.

Then it's just like karaoke. But instead of singing you're playing the instrument(s). I bet there's a score coming up after the performance telling how well you pushed the buttons

A bit too upbeat for my liking and lacking depth/something...

Why is he playing it in a dark room anyway? Is it Pacman at the synth?

This is controversial but... my favourite version of the music is still the first version I heard, the [ Show youtube player ].
I think for a load of beeps and whistles it's absolutely ace. You really get a feel for the atmosphere and the adventure from it.

Hi, just wanted to say that I have never really liked the Shadow of the Beast music, but after clicking your link, listening to it for about 30 secs, then saw that in that video there was a link to the amiga version, and then clicked that one.. I must say it was such a relief to hear the amiga version (as the speccy version hurt my ears and made me want to pull my hair out) that I now actually LIKE the tune (amiga version ofc)

Try this out; [ Show youtube player ]

That Oberheim (bottom of rack) proper old school raw synth...

Back on topic though... the original miggy version is a lot nicer. gritty and groovy

Now that's a bit different from the ordinary stuff people post.

I like that one

Sort of reminds me of a couple of tracks from MK2 or 3, don't remember which one....
