Amiga Lore speaks to George Allan, programmer of four familiar platform games on the Amiga. George talks to us about the hidden sub-game Chrome, the organic Venus: The Flytrap, the slick Switchblade II and the Ninja from the Nth Dimension, Zool!

38, A -> "telephone conversion" should be conversation I guess.

Hmmm, while I am at it, no way to copy text? By design?

Edit: "doomed cause" -> because would be better for a transcript

Edit2: Since he worked on Scavenger (PC game), if you happen to discuss with him again, could you ask him if he draw some influence from the Scavenger Amiga games by Ben Wright:

Thanks, I've fixed the typos.

The JavaScript library's grid doesn't allow text selection by default but I think that there's a fix. I'll look into it.

Great interview! Switchblade II was a great game - the character reminded somewhat of Ryu... lol

Good read.

Probably too late now but it would be interesting to know if he has the unique Zool demo that featured on Gamesmaster and what involvement he had making it.
