Possibly from a IBM 350 ?

"The 350 stores 5 million 6-bit characters (3.75 MB).
It has fifty two 24-inch diameter disks of which 100 recording surfaces are used.
Each surface has 100 tracks. The disks spin at 1200 rpm.
Data transfer rate is 8,800 characters per second."

That was funny... if you didn't notice, size was in image name. 10mbhd

One of local managed solution vendors has some interesting HD and old equipment displayed in lobby area, stuff like this.

In just 10Mb, I'm sure the read/write heads on that thing would be the same size as an audio compact cassette recorder.
