ESWAT, mediocre arcade game, even cruddier conversion.

Did anyone ever enjoy Eswat in the arcade?! Most gamers regard it as a very average game with no lasting fun,...so how on earth are the home conversions going to improve on it?!,...they're not that's how, especially as U.S.Gold were kicking it out to us

This week on SGT I've been requested to play the ZX Spectrum version (they're all bad) of Eswat and flush it away, for a 1990 release It's pretty poor especially the asking price.

Most ports of Eswat are bad, the one i like most is the Megadrive one; is not exactly a port of the arcade, rather a reimplementation but is cool: interesting scenarios, nice cyberpunk mood, i love the mad scientist lab: very creepy "weird science" colors and the interaction with the blobby fluid

Meh. It does what most games at the time did so I can't call the game shit, just woefully unoriginal. What kills it (the arcade version I mean) is the dull color palette.
