Replace a PAL A1200 motherboard with NTSC ?

As the title suggests I wondered if I can replace a PAL A1200 mobo with a NTSC A1200 mobo .. Since I always use a RGB to SCART cable anyway ... ?

yes you can
but remember that a ntsc motherboard will boot always in ntsc
anyways you can make a hack to make it to boot in pal

Or you can hold both mouse buttons on boot, then hope you got your way to the early start-up screen, then just strike any key to enter the opposite video mode.
