Question Online Poll: What do you want next from Mutation Software for AMIGAAAAA!

Online Poll: What do you want next from Mutation Software for AMIGAAAAA!

https://qkh49dpsg.supersurvey.com

Some have reported this link is not working from their mobile, however it is working fine on everything here at least. Might take some time to propergate perhaps, I have no idea

It will also appear on the Mutation website on 5th May onwards.

The results are also now public as I have nothing to hide or gain by making them hidden of course, basically then... I didn't even see that option in the poll setup earlier

Who knows what will happen.

BTW regarding a game in the poll:

Quote:
Fantastic Island was intended to be the third title for Core Design and was a cute platformer featuring a toucan that had crash landed on Fantastic Island. The animated intro and graphics were very much complete and Core had shown initial interest. That is about when the drive went down and I lost everything for that project and parts of others. I had backups then on quarterback floppies but they were damaged too and that was the end of that pretty much. Not long after the Amiga kinda died anyway in retail so perhaps it was meant to be. I was gutted though to say the least.
(from LemonAmiga interview)

So we now have a chance to have this game at last

There is actually a little easter egg in CyberPunks 2 for it I'll be honest and I had planned to do it next. That said I had some PM's from Tony Aksnes overnight that have moved a few things around in my brain and have prompted the poll based on what his FB group users want. So yes it's a very high possibility now it could be next, although an all new designed Dungeonette 2 is looking like first place currently I think. I can only do one game at a time of course. I'm a bit of a machine yes, but I am getting old now LOL.

Of note the early game designs for newer Super Fantastic Island have moved from Platformer concept as initially intended, thru to Pocky & Rocky (SNES) style to Isometric style now already.

Things are very fluid at the moment of course LOL

Dungeonette 2 is my wife's favourite and it would use a lot of the CyberPunks 2 engine in practice.

Wiz 2 would use the Wiz engine that used to be Tin Toy's.

All AGA - no OCS/ECS from me as I'm done with it personally.

Thank you both

These days Amiga is my main hobby which pays for my curry eating and I love the act of creation & design of new games mostly more than anything else. That is still as bright in my mind as it was when I was in my early 20's.

If people enjoy any of the games and even buy them after playing a free demo etc, then that makes me very happy

It's OK not to like them too of course but I hope I can still create games that appeal to many players that like my particular style at least.

AMIGAAAAA!

If we follow the same logic as Duke Nukem, the only logical conclusion is:
Cyberpunks 3D!

I think the Fantastic Island wrong needs to be righted, but simply having a golden-era Amiga developer still actively making games is cool in itself.

I did make my Wiz unit sales public some years ago and will attempt to do the same when all this is over too. There is money in it sure, but time you take out the costs of all the various Physical packaging, marketing, fees on Digital sales etc. Your usually left with one nice new toy, some wine, curry and a few household bills paid. IMHO I think you have to love doing it to actually do it, else one wouldn't perhaps
