Alchemy by Psygnosis
I sent this to Tosec a while ago and you should be able to find the ADF on sites with Tosec stuff.
I got this off a BBS and wonder how it got there. I never saw any preview of it in any magazine. Kinda strange, because there are already a lot of graphics in the demo and they are of very high quality like you expect from Psygnosis. I could imagine it got changed into Brian the Lion later on, at least the engine. Maybe someone knows more about it? |

Zoned for those of you who want to give it a try.
It's an early preview where you can select 3 levels. Somewhat playable, you can control the main caracter to lurk around the empty levels. Could have been a great game I guess... |

I don't ever remember seeing/hearing of this game, and the only reference to Psygnosis is on the CLI text at the beginning. It's entirely possible that this was sent in for evaluation, but I'd be *very* surprised if this had been taken on. It's a very standard platformer, of which there were many on the Amiga at that time. It could be said that Indigo was also fairly standard, but that was taken on largely on the basis of there not being many games of that type on the ST.
I'm not saying that it wasn't taken on, but it's unlikely. |

Just little bump of this old thread.
Did anybody after all those years claim to be its author? Did anybody find any information about authors in game files? |
