Enabling Firecracker 24?
I figured it out. I just had to switch back to Standard VSync, rather than Beamraced. I don't remember if there was a warning or not for that, but I will pay more attention to release notes going forward.
WAS: Hi all, I've enabled Firecracker24 in WinUAE 4.2.1 (emulating the Amiga 1200), and copied fc24.lib to LIBS:, and I am still unable to "see" it in Imagine or Imagemaster. Rendering to Firecracker24 doesn't show anything in Imagine, and retargeting the display to Firecracker in Imagemaster just results in the buffer being black. I'm sure I'm just missing something simple, but I've had no success in finding information online. Please help? Thanks! Last edited by StrangeVoyager; 23 May 2019 at 13:11. |

Maybe you found a bug in WinUAE? It might apply to any hardware that uses genlock. (With real hardware you can have the Firecracker display on a separate monitor. It's been a while since I played with FC24 emulation so I don't remember whether WinUAE supports that.)

Beamracing is not supported and it would be mostly useless anyway because video port adapters are field based emulated. Not worth the trouble.
