new text editor
Anybody interested in a new text editor i`m writing - been away from coding seen for a long time spent about a year on it so far
features :- full menus arexx interface user configurable buttons right mouse button scrolling configurable indenting (according to language that u use) mainly written for E freeware trying to fill gap that ced has made because i can`t find ced (found website no mention of ced will take about 6 months to finish any ideas on how to get curser to work(not important) any suggestions what platforms etc |

Yes - I would be interested in using it - I like using my A1200 for a bit of creative writing - I like the noise the keyboard makes ok?
I was after Golded but cant find the Amiga version anywhere... |

Nice to know people are interested wont be doing it open source yet as it is a complete rewrite at the minute but when version one is ready will be making it open source
reason for this is when i first started this i`d never used E so this is really my first project - it was maybe a bit ambitious to start with would to see it working from my own code just so i can say i did that @thallion will look at your ftp site as soon as i figure out how to become a member (new to a lot of internet stuff) p.s. could someone move this thread i put it in the tutorials by mistake |
