Soft kick/remapollo help needed

Could someone please help me with softkicking my a1200? I have an apollo 1240 accelerator (with mach 131 if that makes a difference) so Im under the impression remapollo is my best option, but Ive never soft kicked before so really arent too confident with what's required.

Ultimately I'd like to run OS3.9 on a kick3.0 machine, but Id also like to learn the ins and outs anyway so as to use different modules somewhere down the line.

For the moment though Id very much appreciate it if someone could post a simple example of using remapollo to softkick ks3.1.

Also, is there anything else I need to be aware of? Im under the impression that the machine will reboot before the os starts? Where do I need to place stuff for remapollo in the startup-sequence?

Any help would be appreciated.

its really simple, download remapollo 1.7 from aminet, and unpack it to you system partition.

then drag and drop to your startup drawer and reset, job done.

or put it anywhere and click on it,it will reset and when your system re-boots viola.

or put it in your C/ drawer and add a couple of lines to your startup sequence to run it(read the docs that are supplied to do this)
i run it this way as ive got a custom startup.under 3.9 with a 1260

hope that helps

Here is my example but that doesn`t really help because it is for a OS3.1 system. For OS3.9 you might change Setpatch call. You should read RemAPollo.doc carefully. Maybe you don`t need MuDrap call or on another place. There are different ways to start RemAPollo + KickRom + Moduels + ... Some need one reboot, some two.

Code:
C:RemAPollo KICKFILE FullPath:KickRomFile QUIET MODULES L:KingCON-handler L:SmartFilesystem

C:ATA3.driver QUIET
C:SetPatch QUIET
C:MuDRAP
RemApollo V1.8 is available: http://translate.googleusercontent.c...DxKlWY__-SeEIQ

I was having a little trouble finding V1.8 and found this. The link is still good. V1.7 is on Aminet so I'm a little surprised that V1.8 isn't also.
