Thank you so much for your kind feedback.

I can hex edit the ADF easily, but there a chance to export the disk content, due to NODOS?

Thank you!

Did you try to save after making some changes?

What do you want to export?

Thank you so much, yes I'm able to save and everything seems good! So export is not necessary, it seems!

Question

Hello, I'm doing a full Italian translation of the game (including intro, quests and so on) that is a little dream of mine, so thank you so much!

May I ask if it is known where is located the length of a string? "00" is the separator, but if I make a string longer (shortening other strings to keep the total length unchanged) it doesn't work, so I suppose somwhere there should be some kind of strings' length indication.

e.g. If I make "barbarian" > "barbaro" it's OK because it is shorter, but if I make "elf" > "elfo" (adding a letter in Italian) it doesn't work, even if the "total" length of both strings is the same (with empty spaces and so on).

Thank you!

Yes, I think you can only use the amount of space given for each word. Otherwise you'd mess with the data.

Send a message via MSN to dlfrsilver
Stingray made an extract of the game files.

The text length is above the whole text parts, but i have not been able to decypher yet how it works.
