Problems saving states

It may seem a silly question, but as WinUAE and quite different from other emulators, I still have difficulty with certain resources that it can offer. My worst problem with this emulator already passed, but now, as I'm getting to play, I wonder how to save states, because I am preparing a review of Arabian Nights to post on my blog but for that you have to play it in full.

Miscellaneous (penultimate line)
Load State / Save State

You can also define your own hotkeys for this in the Input Panel.
