How do I emulate AKIRA?

I'm having trouble emulating Akira. The game runs fine until it shows the Akira logo before what I assume would be the menu, and it seems to freeze. I'm not sure if I have the input messed up, or what, but if anyone could help me, that would be great.

Please describe your setup as both the ADF and WHDLoad versions work fine here.

I'm not quite sure what I should give you as far as setup so I guess I'll try. Emulating an a500 model with 1.3 rom, ocs, 512 kb chip+512 kb slow ram (most common). Chipset: OCS, faster RTG, collision level is at sprites and sprites vs. playfield. sound emulation is at 100% accuracy. Kickstart rom v1.3(a500, a1000, a2000) rev 34.5(256k), no extended rom file. I think that covers most of it. I should probably note that the version of Akira that I have is on 3 Floppy Disks. Should I switch over to CD32?

Try Kickstart 2.04 (Amiga 500+), this should work.

Okay it's working now, but now I can't seem to get the input to work so that my keyboard can control everything. I want button 0 to be CTRL and I want the button 1 to be Left Alt. If you guys could help me I'd appreciate it. (I'm such a noob to this)
