Application similar to C64 "notemakers"
Hey guys, I am looking for something very specific here.
Remember notemakers on the C64? They were these apps where you could write text and it would record your every move (if you erase, go up, down, etc) and reproduce it exactly as an executable note. Is there any sort of similar software for the Amiga? If so, which, and where can I get it? I am definitely NOT looking at something like Scala, I want exactly a notemaker-like software. Thanks! |

No, that's not what he's looking for.
As for notemakers on Amiga, the only one I remember is Rainbow Writer by Rainbow Trio which was quite nice. I have no idea where to find it these days though, see if you can find the Rainbow Trio crack of Dungeon Master (the crack intro was made with their Rainbow Writer). I guess others existed too but notemakers weren't really popular on Amiga. |

Funny how things turn up when your browse through he web.
I guess I should check through my old diskimages (don't know if my A3000 is still working to see if I find the Writer. Maybe even a newer version than the one floating around. Just give me some time |

Whatever you have would be helpful to the community. I'd love to have Rainbow Writer too! I will also check that disk, Minuous, thanks to everyone for their replies. |

I only missed to say "a new version of", since he said "Maybe even a newer version than the one floating around".

Finally got a chance to check my old Amiga stuff.
I'm sorry, but it seems that all the Rainbow Writer stuff got lost. My A3000 is even no longer booting |

Does anything similar ever came up for windows? I can remember original Mirabilis ICQ had optional live chat. That was awesome. But notemakers and such... nothing i can remember of on PC.
