Some of them require perspective warp (like my last example).

I'm talking about a static picture area around the emulation screen, that adds some more nostalgic feeling while playing these old games. I would love to see it. There are even better examples but can't find them at the moment.

Yes, but only in the areas that the emulated display doesn't cover, such as the sides of the display on a widescreen monitor. Otherwise you're just wasting space that could be filled with Amiga content.

That's exactly what I'm gonna do: Crop the overlay to only fill left and right space. There's enough of it on a 16:9 screen...


@Toni: Maybe add a checkbox or host configuration item to the Quickstart screen so that users can find this superb feature easier (if not at all)?
