Predator 2, by Justin Scharvona.
Silly man in Grapevine wrote an article slagging off 4-Mat's music in demos and games. I wrote a counter article rubbishing his output. Predator 2 was a shit game anyway, but the music was nothing like the film at all... just hopeless. |

He slagged my music off in Grapevine as well. That little wanker ended up as head of music at Argonaut iirc

Not Bad
Just an aside, does anyone know who wrote the music for 'Sinbad and the Throne of the Falcon'?
For it is memorable. *giggle* And I have a desire to speak with them. Last edited by comawhite015; 01 July 2006 at 10:20. |

I just wouldn't dare say any piece of music was "the worst" I've ever heard, but I've always found the soundtrack for "Bone Cruncher" quite fascinating !...

Among some of my fav music of all time is the ingame music of Agony (when playing, not between lvls, intro or outro). Can't find them for download anywhere and they are not on any site and not in any Agony music ripped package, but all the other tunes of the game is... weird.

Crap music... On the Amiga??? Only straight c64 ports and PD games had crap music as far as I'm concerned (compared to commercial Amiga original games). The ones mention in this thread are noway near as bad (shadow dancer? monkey island? Come on, nothing wrong with those tunes!)
If I'd have to pick: Horror Zombies from the Crypt (not crap at first, but after you hear it for the millionth time you'll be pulling out hair by the bucketloads) Dune 2 (not much music at all compared to the PC version) Garfield: big fat hairy deal (fun, but earwax liquifying) WORST game sounds, now that is a thread that I can contribute to... For example the horrible sound you get when you are hit in Turrican 2, or the same in James Pond! |
