Picture Request: Al Bundy

I remember seeing a picture from an Amiga demo and/or a gfx competition entry which was a hand drawn cartoon picture of Al Bundy (From the TV show Married With Children). I have tried searching my CDs and on the Net but have had no luck (yet) can someone tell me what this picture was released with and who created it? I'd like to use it as part of a video CD menu.

I don't know who it is. I'm not even sure if it is male/female. I thought it was funny so thats why I use it
