Icon editor

Looking for an icon editor I can use to edit for instance Ken’s icons. I think they are dual png? Or any other method I can use.

Thanks!

On OS3 there are no Icon editors for Dual-PNG Icons, only an unofficial experimental version of Icon Editor exists.
Icon Editor is an excellent Icon Editor for OS4.1 that can be used with WinUAE OS4.1 emulation if desired.

OS3 68k: Create, edit Dual-PNG Icons with Icon Editor:

If you want to make Dual-PNG icons, just create two PNG images with any program, and join them in the shell:
join image1.png image2.png as dualpng.info

Yes, but you can't make any changes or add Glow or other objects.

Create Double-Sided Icon (join image1.png image2.png): [ Show youtube player ]

Question about RNOPDF, can I change or edit a character in a PDF document? Zoom is not very practical, my warning should be stationary

That’s good information. Didn’t know it’s just joined png files.

I have os4 installed in WinUAE. Will check it out tomorrow.

Thank you!

Nowhere, the developer at my request has devised the 68k version to test it but has not distributed it yet because it is not complete.
The 68k version does not yet have a tool for supporting some types of icons including OS4 icons, the 68k version can currently only handle Dual-PNG icons. As mentioned above you can use the full version on OS4.1

Editing isn't possible.

You can resize the window to get the page view bigger, and if it's still not big enough for you, you can use the zoom option to take a closer look at the wanted details on the page. For my needs it's been handy, but I don't quite understand how you would like to have it...

I would like to be able to change the font or the size of the font, for old people like me would allow you to read the document well.

But that's not what a PDF is - the whole point is that the document remains as close to the original as possible... Zooming is the way to help with viewing small fonts or details.

You can import PDFs using a Pagestream filter, which would then let you edit the content as you wished (since it's then a Pagestream document not a PDF), but I don't know how feature-complete it is.

Yes I know but the Zoom must be managed by the wheel of the Mouse, do it with the keys without locking the Zoom is very uncomfortable

That's not the problem because on Windows I have PDF-XChangeViewe, also great tool free and portable, which allows you to do many levels of Zoom with the mouse wheel and also intensify Bold
