Great to hear. To print the framerate, you can press T in-game, type "swloc", then Enter.

Thanks! I made a small update where I fixed the handling of the Caps Lock key. On Amiga it works differently, because unlike other keys it only sends one press/release scan code depending on the lock light state. I added a workaround, so you no longer have to press the Caps Lock key twice for it to register in-game. This affected the default "Run mode" mapping in the game, and the Z movement mode key in the Build Editor.
The link remains the same.

Interesting, maybe it only affects V2 boards? The problem is that you can't set the FPU rounding to round toward minus infinity.

My opinion is that if something works properly on real hardware but not on an FPGA computer then it should be fixed on the FPGA side, that's what I always tell people with my ports anyway.

Maybe report the problem on the Vampire forums and see if they can come up with a fix?

If someone would like to report this to them, then the following instruction has no effect:
Code:
fmove.l #$00000020,fpCR
They probably left out the other rounding options for space or speed reasons. Either way, for me the easiest solution is to include the 68040 executable too, which only uses the FPU lightly.

I've already cleaned it up for the most part, so I can release it concurrently with the "official" Aminet upload.

Thanks, there's more where this came from. I just made another update to the test archive.
For sound card uses there's now AHI support in the game. Paula is still the default, but I provided instructions about how to use AHI in the test archive post.
I have also included the 040 executable for Vampire V2 users. Keep in mind that the game is a bit too heavy for actual 68040 processors, don't forget that on other platforms it needed a Pentium 66 MHz and PowerPC at minimum. I laughed when someone claimed that the PPC-only(!) Mac version can be played in ShapeShifter
Anyway, unless any major issues crop up, this version will probably be the the release candidate.
