Vsync Fullscreen and Double Buffer, incorrect frame rate?
First of all, another thanks to Toni for the latest version of WinUAE, it is better than ever!
I may have found a small issue with WinUAE Vsync mode and double buffering. This might well be a gfx driver issue. I am running XP. I am using a 100 Hz "Fullscreen + Vsync" mode. When I use triple buffering, everything is as it should be and WinUAE shows it is running at 50 fps. But when I use double buffering instead of triple buffering, then WinUAE runs at 100 fps instead of 50, as shown by the indicator LED. If I turn off buffering altogether, the fps is fluctuating, but it is always above 100 fps! Shouldn't it be 50 in all cases? |

Do you use a CRT monitor? Then you should try the AutoVsync option.
