You can use a this H/W and S/W with a MIDI enabled Keyboard (Synthesizer) to record and play your own music.

MIDI interface is useful for Bars&Pipes.
DSS8 is useful for...not too much really unless you have no other recording source or tracker program. You can get some great crunchy drumloops out of the Amiga though. |

I have just bought a 3rd Amiga... and this stuff comes with it.
