2.4.X builds and low audio volume
I like these new builds a lot, especially with the faster mouse acceleration, but have trouble with the new sound core. I have to really crank up the volume slider to get decent levels, and certain games seem to have the music/audio emulation all wrong (ie Eye of The Beholder). Is there something I'm missing in setting up the config? Didn't have these problems with previous builds.

Not much information available..
Same audio device selected? (WASAPI vs DirectSound) Wrong or bad audio in games that don't use any tricks (like Eye of the Beholder) usually means wrong configuration (too fast CPU etc..) |
