Games on hard disk

Hello, I'm from italy so apologize for my poor english.
I'm an enthusiast AMIGA 2000 owner. My A2000 have 80030 @ 25Mhz CPU cart + 2MB ChipRam + 64MB fast ram + 2.1GB SCSI-2 HDD + Retina 4MB videocard + OS 3.5

But have a problem, when I want to play a game, I need to load it by floppy disk, and I'm really annoyed, expecially when the game is on 5-6 floppies!!!
I tried to copy the entire floppy on the hard disk but game doesn't start and/or generate errors.
Is there a method to copy games from the floppy to the hard disk and play they directly from hd?

It should help you to install all the games you want to on your Amiga
