HDD activity led

Added a HDD led to my a500 last night.

Connected to the kipper2k a508ide by soldering a header and plugging in a pc HDD led. Put the led between the power and floppy leds and taped up the side of the power led to prevent light bleed.

Quite pleased with the results!

Hello Ikorodu!

Very good!!! It is a non-destructive solution with the case!

Congratulations

Floppy led continues to operate as normal. When the Hdd and the fdd access at the same time then the lighting colour is a bit fuzzy, but I don’t use floppies a great deal. I’ll try to get a video showing the floppy and hdd both working.
