Pinball Fantasies tables in 3D
bilko9070 over at Lemon Amiga posted a link to some Pinball Fantasies tables that have been re-made for future pinball. Take a look:
http://www.light66.dk/fp/index.htm Hope they've managed to keep the music and sound effects, as they were a large part of the tables charm. |

Don't thank me, thank bilko9070 for the link and of course the guys who created this.
I haven't tried it yet, but that's one area where I guess they were going to fail in comparison to the original - the 2D ball physics! When you're so used to playing these tables on the Amiga, it's going to be hard to adjust to a new "feel". |

I am greatly impressed by the artwork. I don't think it would be possible to take the old vga 2d graphics and turn them into such hi-res textures. Beautiful work.

Yeah, I've had these re-makes for ages. I haven't looked in a while but it seems there's a re-make of Steel Wheel too
Get it from here http://www.pinballaddicts.com/ Had a quick go and it seems very good although the table angle feels a bit shallow. You can even switch views in Future Pinball so the table scrolls a bit like the original (if you like screwing your eyes up) Ah there's a speed devils too http://fprelease.free.fr/speed_devils/ Last edited by Christian; 20 December 2007 at 22:25. |

I downloaded this last night but am getting an error message every time I press 1 when trying to play a table. I can't see as they have a general errors troubleshooting section. Has anyone else had this and, if so, how did you fix it?

I believe your video card has to have certain features in the order to support this game. Can't recall exactly what, you should be able to find it in read-me file. (or help)

Hey! I downloaded the program Future Pinball and the Pinball Fantasies Partyland table and it works! The music is the same and the sound too. It is a little difficult to play because is in 3D but it is the same table 100%.

This EXCELLENT program works fine on my laptop but not on my PC. It fails on the PC every time the program tries to draw the ball on the screen no matter what GFX settings I use. Are there any users of this game on here that can help me?
