DOUBLE DRAGON II vs DOUBLE DRAGON 3 AMIGA TITLE MUSIC

So here we go again, another month gone since the last "Which is Best?" contest which saw me place 3 Amiga breakout games against each other, Giganoid, Impact and Amegas, I can now reveal that after counting the votes Giganoid was voted the better Arkanoid clone with 17 votes whilst Amegas gained 5 with Impact sadly gaining only 2,...I have a guilty fondness for that game, thanks to everyone who took part.

This month (December 2018) I am placing 2 cracking pieces of Amiga title music against each other, Double Dragon II - The Revenge & Double Dragon 3 - The Rosetta Stone, which do you think has the better title music, only your votes will determine that

VOTING CLOSES 15th January 2019.

I like the intro to DD2 but then the music seems to have no pattern and seems like freestyle. The long play of DD3 was more pleasing to the ears though the intro was not as nice lol.

I know everyone has different taste but I don't understand how anyone could prefer DD3 over DD2.

The game no but they've both got fantastic title music and that's what this voting is all about

DD2 for me aswell. Both are fantastic though. Why didn't you make it a proper poll on here to collect the EAB stats?

so where do we continue the discussion

I liked 1 and 2 and completed them in two days, a day for each. I started 3 and then lost interest. Perhaps I should go back? If I remember right 3 was fucking deadly hard to play. I didn't get far in it as it's the one I'm least familiar with.

I even completed double dragon on the Atari 2600! It was kinda cool on the 2600!

In the original and only thread, now that both have been merged. Thanks chip for pointing to the existing thread.

"Hard" as in you can't play it in a fun way, you fight cheesy. I remember jump kicking all the time. I find DD3 boring, the combat just doesn't seem to really have any weight behind it. If you punch someone in DD2, it feels like you're beating up a street thug rather than a cartoon character.
