...the photo has already been removed from the Auction. If you look at the broken links picture just in the middle of the auction. Seems he deleted it from his webspace.
Even with photos he couldn't identify this faked gamebox. His friend told him that then.

He is selling AMIGA games for months on Ebay - he knew this game normally gets a high price if it's original.
Referring to mr.vince he knew it's not original at all.
Therefore obviously he decided not to state the photocopied cover hence this would make the game less "expensive".

@Mod:
Where is the Thread about his bad behaviour gone posted a few weeks ago (Beware of Amiga User somoh24)

If a user acts like this - the information need to be given - at least over here at the largest AMIGA board in the world.

This is a form of FRAUD. It happens to other software collectors as well (think about re-shrinking APPLE games which I posted years ago over here).
There is a value to some games - but only if they are original.

Like to Star Wars Toys, Trading cards, Bill notes, etc.

@all:
BastiBS uses multiple Ebay Accounts.
I can provide more information on these, his addresses and more if anybody needs it. Just PM me.

I think you all are getting hung up on the software copyright and overlooking the fact that the images and logos printed on that photocopied label are also subject to trademark and copyright law.

Rest assured that BastiBS is being very closely watched on Amibay; thanks for the heads up about a1k.org, AMike (from one Moderator to another )

Yes, i bought/swapped Giana Sisters from Mr.Vince.

I didn't know that a copied box cover would generate such a problem or make the complete game to a copy.

Also i bought games from trader amigamicro which contained a copied map and were in worse state than described!

Cebulba is known as one of the most unfair guys in Germany anyway.

@David:

Sorry for my last (silly) messages. Send the game back and i will return the money. I think i have made a mistake, excuse again.

Really seems like it is that way Still am curious to know why a game swapped for 40 € should be worth a 300 € buy now price...

Don't try to be silly men! AND DON'T' TELL SUCH LIES.
I'm a very trustworthy and reliable seller. Every collector or game enthusiast who ever bought games from me can declare that my offers are very accurate described and they will get really good stuff from me. Therefore I stand with my name as collector and webmaster of the Amiga Game Museum : www.AmigaMemo.com .

edit: you're a silky rip off merchant and a liar. And thats the reason no one from us collectors will ever trade with you again.

I determine my price myself!

I swapped it for a good value, but i did not like it and sell it again. Furthermore i think it's about 200-300 euros worth.
Buy it now prices on ebay are often very high, there are many other sellers.

I also sell cheaper games, for most i have paid a lot more.

A collector must always sort, buy and sell. (because of double games or better conditions)

Amigamicro and Cebulba buy cheap complete collections from england to be able to sell them in Germany for expensive prices. That's my opinion.

The question is why you offer it for 7.5 times more and not let's say 2-3 times (which is already a lot). At least this isn't very fair, don't you think?

Btw : Accusing other sellers have nothing to do with this auction, or does it?

@ Mods / Admins

Are you going to allow this trolling and flaming to continue? In most cases, no proof of any kind is being offered to support these accusatory posts being made by BastiBS against others.

There's some real muckspreading going on in here now.

Maybe shrinkwrapped, or a real mint condition. NOT what you've got!!!
